It's amazing these scripts still work with so little attention after all these years!

I was just thinking the same thing. I looked on Github and thought it's been a long time since you had to adjust anything. And I get lots of compliments. Someone told me the gauges are way better than what the local television stations put on on their mobile apps. So thank you for your valuable contributions to WeatherCat users, especially as you are not a WeatherCatter yourself.

Thank you for the link to the website. However, I don't think I will stay up to witness the solstice at 02:24 in the morning.

Dear WeatherCat observers of the seasons turning, . . . .

We are posed on another transition.  For most of you, the summer solstice will be happening sometime between this post and the end of the day tomorrow.  You'll find the exact time in your time zone on this handy webpage:

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20260621T0824&msg=June%20solstice%202026

The start of summer is a hopeful time and I have photo is that spirit:

Hopefully the weather remains mostly tranquil for the moment.  Only time will tell how this summer unfolds.

It's happening because there is not enough space on gauges area of the page to display the pop-up chart and the cursor by its side. The cursor is place over the chart, which means it is no longer over the gauge, so the chart is hidden - rinse and repeat!

Two options:
1. Reduce the displayed size of the charts.
2. Change the position of the cursor relative to the chart so it no longer overlays it.

Option 2: By default the cursor is 30 pixels down by the side of teh charts, change so that it is always slightly above the chart...

gauges.js, line 4242
Code: [Select]
Change...

tooltipoffsets: [20, -30], // additional x and y offset from mouse cursor for tooltips

to...

tooltipoffsets: [20, 10], // additional x and y offset from mouse cursor for tooltips

WeatherCat Web Templates / Popup Graphs
« Last post by Blicj11 on June 19, 2026, 11:40:15 PM »
It's been a long time since we had a question on this forum thread, but I have managed to come up with one. The popup windows on my SteelSeries Gauges that show a graph associated with each gauge do not open properly when hovering my mouse over the center column of gauges. They open but immediately close. The popup graphs on the two outside columns on gauges work fine. I haven't made any changes to my SteelSeries setup. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Dear WeatherCatters who enjoy a grand restoration tale,

As you can guess overwhelmed describes my normal state of being these days.  Fortunately, I'm having a restoration shop put my 1967 Airstream do the heavy lifting.  Even so, this won't be an "off-the-rack" Airstream.  One of the first things that surprised the shop was my insistence on disc brakes.  Airstreams weren't fitted with disc brakes from the factory until about 20 years ago, so I was being bold!!  However, my determination was rewarded:

A vintage travel trailer has to look right.  Still that doesn't mean it cannot look luxurious in doing it.  Here is the combination of the aluminum alloy wheels and the 2 inch white-wall tires:

There is more to report, but I thought it was good time to explain the scheme for the trailer weather station.  The idea was to use the Ecowitt sensor array and console:

Here is a photo of the setup being held by the owner of Avalon-RV:

I purchased a collapsible aluminum pole and hope to place it in this Airstream flag pole holder:

Here is a photo of that from the vendors Esty's listing:

So that is an explanation of how I hopefully would have weather data anywhere I set up camp with my trailer.

Stay tuned for further updates!!
