Let's look what they are going to show us... 

Well, Apple has put some significantly improved technology in these new phones and done a good job of broadening their appeal in the marketplace.

Believe it or not, yesterday I tested the Bluetooth interface to my Custom Autosound retrofit car stereo in my trusty wagon and it works just fine.  So the music in my 1965 Buick Special will be coming from my iPhone of all things.

After this success, I'm definitely feeling an itch to upgrade my iPhone 4.  Anybody else?

I normally wouldn't upgrade after only two years. But I have a price of $180 locked in at gazelle.com for my two 16 GB iPhone 4Ss, so for only $38 we'll be getting two new 16 GB iPhone 5S

Great move Steve! 

I've suddenly become very interested in Siri as a way to control my phone while driving.  Since I have only an iPhone 4, basically I have no choice but to upgrade.  However, at the moment, am very busy doing . . . . . . .  other things!



Took me 6 hours to have my trusty wagon transported to the muffler shop to get the exhaust installed!!     AAA seems to have cut back their capacity to the bone.

Oh well, . . . . .

I am going to retire my iPhone 3Gs after four years of faithful service and go with the 5s 'cause I want my phone to match the colour of the fillings in my teeth.

2.) This morning I get an email from cooking.com telling me today is my lucky day because is it a 13% sale.  The reason it is lucky?  Today is Friday the 13th!?!?! 

Ya' know, the world really is going to hell in a hand-basket!!

P.S. Although serendipity does sometime break through on Friday the 13th.  It was Friday September 13, 1986 that we got a call from the police saying they had recovered the family 1965 Buick Special wagon.  The car had been missing for over 3 months and we had definitely lost hope of ever getting it back.

Thanks for the praise.  Sure has been a long ordeal for me to modernize this car so it will able to return to its family role.  However, given how much this car has been a trooper for me, I just couldn't do anything else.
