Give local FTP precedence over WU Historical Uploads?

Greetings!

Is there any way to force WC to first post local web pages before starting the catch-up with the WU uploads?

After a significant downtime (power outage/internet outage) it can take several minutes depending on the length of the outage until WC works its way through the WU historical uploads to get to the Standard and Custom processing and FTP operations.

As far as I know there isn't any way.  I think you'll have to ask Stu about this feature when returns from his grand adventure in the wilderness.
