Dear WeatherCatters who are suckers for MORE!!   [biggrin]

I had not planned to have an Ecowitt station running at our house.  I only had it installed temporarily so I could test it for installation on my 1967 Airstream Trade Wind trailer.  However, when Stu added the feature to run two stations in one session of WeatherCat that was irresistible.  So I have repurposed the Ecowitt station I bought for the trailer to service as the secondary station for WeatherCat.

Since Steve asked earlier here is what I understand is needed.  There are just two components, the sensor head:

and the receiver that WeatherCat can glean data from:

I bought the sensor head and console and then added the receiver.  It is worth thinking about if you need another spot in your house to check weather conditions.  Here is the link to that:

Since the sensor array is now a permanent fixture of the house, I moved it to the south like my Davis instruments.  If you are in the US, you can use 3/4" galvanized pipe to make a simple and rugged holder:

Here is the two instrument arrays in one picture:

Sadly, yes indeed my Davis station is in need of some TLC.  Hopefully it can last the dry season!
