I checked my Developer page at the App Store and it shows WeatherCat, WeatherCatRCP, WeatherCatPad, and WeatherCatTV are all available for sale.
When I search for "WeatherCat" in the App Store app on my iPhone, it doesn't show up unless you click the "Search for weathercat instead?" line under the "Showing results for weather". That's a strange way do to have to do a search - I enter "WeatherCat" in the search field and it searches for "weather". Perhaps that's what's blocking WeatherCat from showing up in your search.
