IGNORE...Support email not working

Hi, I've written to support twice; just realized they get returned as "undelivered mail" and then wrote to sales and got the same thing.  I'm using the emails listed on the website.  I cannot fetch data for more than a week and would like some support.  Anyone know what's up with their emails not working?
