Not sure what you mean by "dragged to be 200 in diameter". While you can drag the
minimized gauge editor window, I think the actual dimension is set in the "Web Size" text box of the Custom Gauge editor. I think dragging the minimized editor window is mainly for displaying the gauges on your desktop? Is the screenshot from a web page or the Desktop?
Can you give us a screenshot of the Custom Gauge Editor window for any gauges showing that 'deformity'?
Have you tried any of the different "Base" choices?
The strangest thing, to me, is that it seems only the 'base' or rim and the pointers are affected by the anomaly. The scale semi-circles appear to be correctly drawn.

Perhaps WC uses two different functions to draw those different parts?

What are the pixel dimensions of these images showing in a "Get Info" on them in Finder (
~/Library/Application Support/WeaterCatCustomWeb/customgauge[
number for Month/Year Rain]
.png. My "square" gauges actually show 175 x 173 pixels when "175" is set in the editor "Web Size" box.

Do you actually have height and width set in the html or have a class declared in CSS? If using CSS, is either dimension set as "auto"?
