As for info,

WeatherCat is able to fill a MySQL Database with it's collected data and updates it at user defined times.

Means you did not register Use the Control Panel to do it. If the registration does not result in that message disappearing, send me an email directly.

Meteotemplate now supports updates from the WeatherCat software via the new weatherCat plugin.

The Wiki has been updated accordingly. Special thanks goes to Tom for suggesting this and also providing his log files for testing.

Where can I find a Control Panel? Not even an Admin tab here on my template site.

You must read the wiki carefully

At the bottom in the footer on the very right is a lock icon, you click that, enter your admin password and then it logs you in to the control panel. There is more that changes once you are logged in, but I really recommend you carefully read the Wiki, I explained it all there.
