WeatherCat order processing temporarily on-hold.

On 31st July, Kagi, our payment processing supplier shut down. There was no warning this would happen and this has left us in a situation where we currently cannot accept any orders for WeatherCat.

This couldn?t have happened at a worse time as we are on reduced running due to Summer holidays ? however, we hope to have a new order processing supplier in place as soon as possible. We expect this may take a week or two.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I've used Kagi many times in the past. Bad timing for you. Bad policy for them. [banghead] I guess they just ran out of money to keep the lights and their email computers running! [rolleyes2]

At any rate, for any waiting/wanting to buy WeatherCat, it's well worth the minimal wait! I'm sure Stu will have things working well as soon as possible. [computer]

So sorry for you Stu.  :(  I'm sure that has taken some of the fun out of your holiday.

I'm also really sorry to hear that Kagi has died, especially because somebody had defrauded them into a huge debt that they couldn't recover from.  I don't know about you guys, but I bought my first piece of shareware online using Kagi.  They also were involved with the Berkeley Macintosh User Group which was once the biggest Mac advocacy group in the world.  I felt a little better using a local company when purchasing shareware.

BMUG also went bankrupt because badly managed finances.  I'm sure Apple would be in better shape if BMUG continued to exist.
