Update to Stand Alone Leuven scripts

I probably missed the notice back in August, was pretty busy preparing for a rail trip in early September! At any rate, I noticed an occasional PHP error in my Forecast page. I contacted Mr. van der Kuil and he asked me why I wasn't using his updated SA scripts. Had no useful response to that except to download them and FTP the changes to my site! DUH! Of course, the ererz r nou gon! 

Apparently, I'm one of the few (only?) using his SA scripts. I'm using his NOAA Forecast and Severe Weather scripts. (Leuven PHP scripts for use on your own website:) I've always been an 'odd one'! Just hope I don't have to complete my Masters Degree in PHP the next time NOAA makes some icon changes!! I certainly appreciate his work and patient help!
