Converting Lat/Lon to Hundredths of Minutes

I'm having issues converting my Lat/Lon to hundredths of minutes. How would I go about doing that?

My Lat/Lon is:

34.4600639 (34? 27' 36.2304")
-93.04961395 (-93? 2' 58.6104")

Hi Nathan and WeatherCat fans,

If anybody else has this problem there is a website that does the conversion from the FCC:

The website has been there for a few years, hopefully it will be a resource we can count on.

Because there are 60 seconds in a minute:

Take your seconds and divide by 60 (36.2304/60) = .60384.  Add that to you minutes and round up 27 + .60384 = 27.60'

I usually just fire up Google Earth, set the preferences to the format I want and find my location. Granted, I don't do this very often.
