Dear Bull Winkus and WeatherCat infoaddicts,

Here is a very nice tool for the addicted weather watcher. Watch the wind anywhere in the world in real time.

Oooh!!  Very kewl!   8)

You can really see the dome of high pressure over California and the air flowing behind it into the central and eastern United States.  At the time I looked, there were 2 nasty looking storms marching across the Atlantic.  Watch out Stu!!

Cheers, Edouard  [cheers1]

I don't know if you've noticed or not, but I thought I'd post about it since I missed it all this time. Click on where it says "EARTH" and you'll find several very useful tools! You can monitor ocean currents, or overlay temperature or total precipitable moisture among other things. You can even run the clock back and see what it was three hours ago, or yesterday, or more. Lots to play with!

Also, another similar resource:

Enjoy,

Another good reference, though not weather related. This is the one that shows all the planes in the air.
