Hi Jeff and WeatherCat rural residence,
Teach those cute things to stay off the roads. I saw 3 fawns right in the middle of the highway and had to break hard to avoid them. A couple of dead ones on the pass by our house.
That's the easy part. What I need to do is teach the deer to stay off the roads and the wild turkeys to stay
on the road!! Preferably in a blind curve where folks tend to speed. The drought has done it again. Turkeys from a valley not to far from our house are starving and they are running all over the neighborhood in search of food. Being as hungry as they are, they are really arrogant and obnoxious.
Yeah I know, I should shoot them. The trouble is might miss and hit one of those two-legged turkeys . . . . . . that
don't have feathers!!
