PWS (new with 1.21) Historical Upload?

Been using WC with WU and CWOP since first use of Weathercat, but PWS is new with 1.21, and since I had an old account with them, I thought I'd try it with WC.

My question is does (should?) WC support Historical uploads with Weathercat, as I've recently taken to shutting down my Mac Pro (running 10.8.4) overnight to save money. (Electricity is expensive in Australia, at least for me it is at 27 cent/KWh!).

No it doesn't support historical uploads at the moment, but I'll add it to the feature request list and look into it.
