You can join movies together in QuickTime. Look in 'Edit / Add Clip to End'. Start with the 00:00 to 00:59 video and add all the others at the end. Doesn't take too long - maybe five minutes. When the daily movie is complete, close QuickTime and the program will ask you to save it.
