WeatherCatTV 1.5 Update

What's new in 1.5:

Automatically adjusts when wind speed and wind gust exceeds the previous maximum value.*
Has cosmetic improvements to text indicators and the Settings dialog.
Removed redundant units in the precipitation indicators.
Updated for the latest tvOS.

Alas, we bought our first TiVo around 2000 and still use that as our digital TV device.  However, perhaps one of these days I'll also get an Apple TV.   If I do, WeatherCatTV will be the first app I install!!
