SMF update and new server

Hello folks,
The forum software has just been updated to the latest release (2.0.12) - I'm pretty sure there are no functional changes, just bug fixes and security updates, but if you do notice something different, this'll be why.

In other news, last night we moved to a faster server - hopefully you'll notice the forum being a little more zippy!

Thanks for doing so many things, both with the app and with the forum, that helps all of us! Take part of the weekend off! lol(1) <- Well! There's one change! ThU32:-) Looks like most (all?) of the icons have new codes!

There is an ongoing issue with the server but as of now, our service provider has not been able to state exactly what the problem is. When we know more, I'll post back.
