Stu, have you tested WC against Mavericks? Rumor has it that the SL driver fails to load as it is unsigned.

Hi Philip,
No known problems on the latest build (DP7). Obviously I don't have any long term figures, but nothing wrong spotted over a few runs checking various things. We won't know for sure until it ships, but for now it looks good.

It is true the Silicon Labs installer isn't signed (which is shameful really), so it has to be control-clicked to open and run the installer package, but once it's installed it loads fine (at least on my developer machine).

Cheers,
Stu.

OK, I will back up my ML drive and try running Mavericks later today or over the weekend. [cheers1]

I posted this on another thread just a minute ago.

I have been running the 10.9 GrandMaster release of Maverick for about a week with no issues or crashes - Maybe I'm lucky:-)  I have it also installed Maverick on my work computer, laptop and Media Server and it is rock solid and much faster.

The only issue I noticed is I had to go through the setup again for the UART USB interface - no big deal

Curiously, I have been running the latest WeatherCat with OS 10.8.5 at my cabin and it crashes frequently - go figure!!  Next time I go up there I'll update that computer to Maverick.

I have an issue with Mavericks Server (13A603) and recent issues that I've recovered from but now Weathercat has gone back to it's default start up.  I have aa Weathercat backup from a few weeks ago but need to know if there are other hidden Preferences from my Time Machine Backup I can resurrect instead of just starting from scratch?
Thanks :)

Hi ianfarrell
What I would do first is go to your Time machine backup and get at file:///Users/xxxxxxxxxxx/Library/Preferences/com.trixology.weathercat.plist and quit WeatherCat replace the trilogy.wearthercat.plist empty your trash and restart your computer and then restart WeatherCat and see if that cures your problem

cheers
