Found in another forum..

There goes the anemometer at Dundee Satellite Receiving station as the wind takes it away.

Whoops is right!  :o

I wonder if someone had done some maintenance on that station and simply didn't retighten the anemometer cup assembly enough when putting it back on.  Otherwise, Davis goofed!
