hi

i use knots in In The Preferences of WeatherCat in Units/Misc1

but with submit_weather.php  it's with mph for wind ; F for temperature inch for rain .....

submit_weather.php is for weathercat real time  for example : http://www.jf-i2r.com/meteo-jf2/watch_weather.php

and for example my weathercat web site for test use "knots": http://www.jf-i2r.com/meteo-jf2/index.html

thanks
jean frederic

Hi Jean Frederic,
The units are fixed, the benefit of this is people writing CGI scripts know what they're going to get. Conversion to other unit types can be done within the CGI script (normally it's just a multiply by a constant - for example to convert MPH to km/h multiply by 1.60934 or MPH to knots multiply by 0.868976).

Cheers,
Stu.
