External Humidity Sensor error and Meteotemplate update
« on: May 06, 2020, 10:58:46 AM »
My David Vantage Pro 2 external humidity sensor doesn't work (ext. temperature is ok) so I have invalid sensor data. I'm waiting for a new Temp/Humidity sensor that I already bought, but in these days the live update on my website with Meteotemplate api stop working. The Current Status of MeteoTemplate inside WeatherCat is: “Waiting to start”. I checked my connection (firewall, ecc.), I checked my web server and database, I checked Meteotemplate installation, everything seems to be OK.
I don't understand why Wheatercat stop the connection with Meteotemplate. Is it possible that the problem is connected with my broken humidity sensor and invalid data?
What can I check?

Open the Tools window in WeatherCat and see if you have either Comms Errors or Sensor Errors. Comms Errors indicate a problem between your VP2 and your computer. Sensor Errors indicate you have a bad sensor or your data readings are not normal. Look at page 36 in the manual.
