iPad 2.3 Update

The WeatherCat test server has moved to a new location - www.trixology-eng.com.
New and updating users will have that URL set for them.
Made a minor correction to localized text.
Display special characters in Current Conditions correctly.
Update for iOS 10.

I must confess I've been so busy that I haven't used this app in a long time, so I was unaware on a number of improvements.  This app is definitely improved and a pleasure to use!
