Hello there,
The watchdog will be firing because there is no data seen from your station for 30 minutes.
With regards to not connecting, first try 'Configure Station Comms' from WeatherCat's 'Tools' menu and then re-entering your Netatmo credentials (making sure they are correct - every connection issue we've seen has been down to the wrong credentials being used).
If that still doesn't work, first make sure you can access
https://my.netatmo.com/app/station from your web browser. When there check WeatherCat has access to your account data (via the My Third Party Apps in the settings).
If still not connecting, open the console application (Applications->Utilities->Console.app) and then launch WeatherCat - the connection sequence will be logged there - any error connecting will be given.
