As you said, "America is a strange place." Showing our temperature would just make it easier to pin point our location!!! "Even paranoid people have enemies!"

Much of our "strangeness" comes from the State (and municipal) laws. I'm sure that Utah and most western States have many laws specifically about water that those in more rainy areas would find unusual, if not strange.
