What Windchill Calculation/Formula Does WeatherCat Use?

This site has the formula used by the US National Weather Service. 

It is posted on the WindChill Chart...

Hi Schwab
 It uses:(35.74 + (0.6215 * T) - (35.75 * (W ^ 0.16)) + (0.4275 * (T * (W ^ 0.16)
T=External Temperature
W=Wind Speed
If no wind chill then External Temperature


This is base on a  ten minute average in the gauge window
