Title: Yearly Summary - Add option to show days exceeding min/max temp

Similar to how you can set the value of the RAIN DAYS or how things are show with FROST DAYS, allow summary to show the total number of days above/below a certain temperature criteria.  For instance number of days ≥90?F or ≤0?F.
