Title: Frost Days Returning Incorrect Value

I've been creating some custom templates, and stumbled upon an incorrect value for STAT$FROSTDAYS:TOTAL:LASTYEAR$
It's probably due to the fact that there aren't any statistics for LASTYEAR, however other statistics are returning zero (0) correctly.
