[sun3] Hi from sunny Wales.
Have recently joined and live in Mid-Wales on a hillside close to the M.O.D. training range. (SN910440). It is a very rural and open area. I previously had aWH1080 AWS, running Cumulus through Parallels on my iMac. It had recently begun to cause many problems, and therefore I took the plunge and purchased a Davis Vantage Vue. Not wanting to continue in the same vein, I found WeatherCat, downloaded and have been very impressed, enough to now purchase the software.
Reading many items on the forum I can see that it is a very close and informed group of members and feel confident should I get into trouble with the software then help will always be to hand.
Regards Bryan Jones.
P.S. - a free smiley to the first to translate my username - Gwyfyn1. !!!

Hi.
You are correct Jace in all aspects - Gwyfyn is the Welsh word for Moth. My main hobbies are Lepidoptera and Ornithology, I run various moth projects for an organisation as well as bird surveys and ringing.

In my befuddled state ( new mind altering medication from the Doc [goofy]) I read that as ringing moths at first !!!
