Title: Custom Graph - Dates

Is there anyway to get the dates on my custom graph at the bottom (Soil Temp/Moisture/Radiation) to scroll like the built-in graphs rather than just showing Sunday-Saturday?

Yes, change the graph type to 'Scrolling' and the Period to '7 Days'.
