Dear WeatherCatters who suffer from insomnia,
It is that time of year when people all over the world are going to lose an hour of sleep. The Associated Press has a succinct article on the possible alternatives and how the people of the United States feel about it:
https://apnews.com/article/daylight-saving-time-states-congress-standard-4cd5b467eed4ad1f112f0834aee3d45b (https://apnews.com/article/daylight-saving-time-states-congress-standard-4cd5b467eed4ad1f112f0834aee3d45b)
As the article points out, no choice is without its downsides.
For now, the only certainty is that daylight savings time is no treatment for insomnia! [bed]

Thanks for the link. I was in Arizona for a week, so I didn't have to put up with the clock-changing nonsense until I returned home. I don't care for the 30 -minute option, but just wish we would lock the clock on one method or the other.
