Apologies for any inconvenience and a massive thanks to Ken and wxforum.net for the support whilst we were down!

Glad to see you're back, Stu. [cheers1] It was my pleasure to host the WeatherCat forums on wxforum.net during the interim time.
Best regards,

Dear Ken and grateful weatherCatters,
Glad to see you're back, Stu. [cheers1] It was my pleasure to host the WeatherCat forums on wxforum.net during the interim time.
Thanks Ken! (https://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/thankyou.gif)
I will try to visit WXForum a bit more, but alas, I'm drowning in forum obligations these days!!

Thanks Ken. Thanks Stu for getting the old forums back online. Thanks Edouard for the photo but what's with the Colorado license plate on the Airstream?

Dear Blick and WeatherCat adventurers,
. . . .Thanks Edouard for the photo but what's with the Colorado license plate on the Airstream?
I promise to start a proper thread on my trailer restoration journey, but in the meantime let me give you a quick explanation. This 58 year old trailer was traded in for a new Airstream. In the process of buying it I got all the proper registration and a CA license plate. However, the trailer needs a complete restoration so there wasn't any point in putting the new plate on. Right now it cannot move off of the restoration shop parking. It doesn't even have wheels - never mind tires!
Stay tuned!

Hey! Nobody told me we were back! I didn't know until John marked a post as spam. Thanks for that, John.
And look, a new version to fiddle with! I will be of limited value, as my station is not performing well. My newish anemometer is kaput, and I'm not keen to buy yet another. Correct rain reporting is intermittent, too. I replaces the supercap, battery, and solar cover last summer, but I'm thinking the board might be the problem. At that point, is it worth fixing, just replace entirely, or use Apple weather. [banghead]
It is good to see some activity here,
Steve

Hey Steve, I was looking for you to chime in on one of these boards. Glad to see you joining the party.

I wouldn't have known if not for your post report. No one let us know over on the WXForums, which I check every day. I just posted an update to Reinhard's thread over there so anyone else in the dark will know.
