My David Vantage Pro 2 external humidity sensor doesn't work (ext. temperature is ok) so I have invalid sensor data. I'm waiting for a new Temp/Humidity sensor that I already bought, but in these days the live update on my website with Meteotemplate api stop working. I checked my connection (firewall, ecc.), I checked my web server and database, I checked Meteotemplate installation.
Is it possible that the problem is connected with my broken humidity sensor and invalid data?

Sorry to hear about your instrument failure, but even Davis equipment doesn't last forever.

I'm not familiar with the intricacies of the Meteotemplate, but most likely the answer is yes. WeatherCat will count errors for all derived values and report them as such. Templates can choose to reject data that is reported to be in error. When is your replacement temperature/humidity sensor expected to arrive? Hopefully you won't have to wait very long to have your station fully back in operation.
