Of course, that's been his prediction almost 80% of his career. The only good news is that he is only right about 40% of the time! As a friend once complained; "Whenever I have a 50/50 chance, 90% of the time I guess wrongly!" Here's hoping Phil doesn't increase his credibility!! [lol]
