https://leisure-gardens.com is my VP2 station running Weathercat 3.13 whose data flows to the latest website templates of Ken True at https://saratoga-weather.org/wxtemplates/index.php
I moved all my site's Weathercat parameters from an iMac mid2011 21.5" (12,1) to another newer iMac late2013 27" (14,2)
The late 2013 iMac is running OSX Ventura without any issues. It runs and displays correct Weathercat 3.13 gauges in realtime.
For some unknown reason and despite the exact setup of Weathercat on both iMacs I cannot get the www.leaisure-gardens.com website to update its data on the iMac late 2013 but updates run fine on the iMac mid2011...so I have reverted back to the older iMac mid2011 for now until I can find a solution.
Ken True who developed the saratoga website templates suggests I make this post and seek suggestions for a fix from those using Mac OSX and Weathercat to in order to display their data.
I'd appreciate any recommendations to fix this update issue. Thanks

Unfortunately, I don't use these templates, but quickly sorting through the installation instructions I see that it relies on FTP uploads. Are you seeing any errors in the WeatherCat logs from the Mac running Ventura? You can access the logs from the Tools menu of WeatherCat. I suspect there might some changes in macOS that are interfering in the upload of the data files that WXTemplates depends on.

Most browsers create and maintain a "cache" of recently viewed sites, images and other data. Sometimes we can set RAM limits for determining how much disk space that cache can use. As far as I can tell, Safari does not offer that capability. However, in the Safari Prefs, Advanced tab (at least in Catalina macOS 10.15 and Big Sur macOS 11, there is a checkbox for enabling the "Develop" menu in the app. The main thing that might then be useful to you in that menu is the "Empty Caches" item. It is possible that your browser is simply not "seeing" your new images as new, especially if these images are always the same name.
Adding the "Develop" menu won't require restarting Safari and you can even set a short key(s) for its use! If it does not help you can always UN-check the setting in Safari Prefs. Hope that helps. :)

I currently have https://www.leisure-gardens.com running on OSX 13 Ventura. The status window is showing WeatherCat realtime is Current but WeatherCat FTp and WeatherCat weather date are both Not Current
I have attached a recent screen shot of the Log window.
I have tried different browsers Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome and have made certain the caches are refreshing.
Any help will be appreciated.

maybe it has something to do with your HTML-Source and Target Folder (you can find them in WeatherCat > Preferences > Online > CustomWeb > Main Area).

Dear schwab, Reinhard, and WeatherCat troubleshooters,
Reinhard is on the right track, but there is an error in attempting to create a temporary file. WeatherCat is unable to create this folder:
~/Library/Application Support/WeatherCatTemp
The ~ refers to your home directory and Library is were Apple stores various resources needed for the operating system and applications.
In your situation, I would suggest trying to repair file permissions first. This used to be an explicit option on Disk Utility, but that has changed. Here is an article that explains the process:

My lack of weather data updating issue is now FIXED after I followed recommendations from Ken True whose saratoga-weather.org website templates I use.
Ken stated "Check WC's setup for processing/FTP of WCTtags.php .. something is not correct."
So https://www.leisure-gardens.com is running Weathercat 3.13 on a 2013 27" iMac 14,2 running MacOSX Ventura 13.1 beta 4
(22C5059b)using the Open Core Legacy Patcher 0.5.2 which provides the ability to run OSX 13 on some selected Macs no longer officially supported by Apple to run the latest OSX.

Well, not so fast...as they say. [roll]
I have running copies of WeatherCat running on my older and newer iMacs...the updating issue is fixed BUT it looks like I lost all the rain data as it has not transferred over to https://www.leisure-gardens.com....what file has this data on the older iMac and to where must it be transferred to on the newer iMac running WeatherCat .... please....I especially wish to have the YTD total transferred.

Unfortunately, you would need to ferret out exactly why that data is missing before you could do anything about it. You mentioned running WeatherCat on two different computers during this transition. Any data that would have been collected while running on the newer computer wasn't collected by the older computer. If you simply copied over the files from the older computer to the newer computer that would have wiped out all the data that was collected while the new computer was running WeatherCat. This could have been prevented by being fastidious about having the older computer fill in the gaps in its data from the Davis data-logger, but one would have to be aware of this necessity.
I see that you have a Davis Vantage Pro-2 weather station. It also has some weather data stored on the console. At least when it comes to daily rainfall, you might try to retrieve the data from the console and manually enter it into your current WeatherCat setup. WeatherCat has a daily rain editor feature that is described on page 57 of the current WeatherCat manual.

I retrieved the monthly rainfall amounts and entered them in to the last day of each month Jan to Nov 2022
