Title: Historical Records Not Coming Across

I have recently got Weathercat with my new mac ( Big Sur 11.5) and Vantage Pro.  Recently when I open Weathercat ( or it opens automatically) , I am not seeing a box that says ""Downloading historical Data'".   This is giving me flat lines on my graphs, presumably because there is no data there.  How can I fix this issue please?   Any help much appreciated.

Tom emailed me about this, as well.

I *think* this is Tom's first Big Sur upgrade, but not positive. If so, I suggested making sure he had removed the old SiLabs driver and installed the new standalone version 6 that is required if he's using a USB data dongle.

If those assumptions are not correct, hopefully he will reply here where everyone can help.
