Hi
I'm currently running V3.12 on a Mac Mini M1 with a Davis Vantage Pro feeding data. My question is about backups. I have a daily back up to a dropbox account and I notice that it includes 300mb of satellite imagery dated from 2015, I don't have the satellite imagery channels enabled and have not done so for a very long time ( perhaps 2015??).
Is there a way to stop this happening?
Thanks
Tony

I am assuming you are speaking of your "Imagery" directory:
~/Library/WeatherCatBackups/WeatherCatBackup_.../Location1/Imagery/Channel1||2||3/Imagery_hh_mm_dd_mm_yy.jpg
I've only used that very occasionally and have only one image stored. It shows a Created date of Dec 12, 2020. I think I was doing some image testing back then. It has never been uploaded to my site.
You might want to read pages 44 & 45(and 174) in the Manual which discusses these images and how they can accumulation a lot of disk space. Over the months and years, a large number of files can accumulate on disk; you may want to prune or archive them periodically.
If you have no real need for those images, I see no harm in either deleting them or at least moving them to some other location.
