Title: PWS_Dashboard also supports WeatherCat

The current release now supports between  9 and 25 tiles, three color-themes (Dark, Light and custom).
The download contains 17 different language-files.

Current 2012-lts release is a "Long Term Support" release and maintained  to at least December 2022
The regular enhancements and "error" updates can be downloaded automatically with only the changed scripts in the downloaded.

Great! This should really help those who want a rather painless way to get a weather website up and running!

Thanks, it also used on other sites as a phone/ ipad version of that website.
As all dashboards fully adapts to the width of the screen.
