Sahara Dust in the Alps.

Wow. Quite amazing, and unhealthy. Thanks for sharing.

If not for those power lines, one might think this was a Daguerreotype from centuries ago! :) Are you going to have to clean out the rain gauge spoon?!!
You do promise it wasn't done in Photoshop, right?! :-X
-
Slightly unnerving I'd say :)
There's some more on it on the BBC:

Yes Sir, I do not own Photoshop. I promise it was done by my iPhone 8plus. :)

I do not own Photoshop.
Nor do I. :P Actually, Photoshop Elements contains almost all the same functions as PS. However, you need a plug-in to access many of them. On the other hand PS Elements is a stand-alone, non-subscription app and can usually be found for $80 US! ThU5:-)

xair: To be honest, I do own Pixelmator Pro (Photoshop for the poor ones), and I am very happy with this app. :)

Dear Reinhard, Blick, Stu, X-Air, and WeatherCat observers of sky phenomena,
Sahara Dust in the Alps.
Thanks for sharing. This was also getting a lot of attention from the French press.

[wink] . . . . . Well okay, but you really should buy yourself a super-deluxe DSLR! (http://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/camera_small.gif) . . . . . and for bonus points, buy yourself a beautifully restored classic car so you have something to photograph with your DSLR!!! . . .
