Title: Can't connect to WC Forum

Is any one else having any trouble connecting to the forum?
From 3 pm eastern time yesterday till 9 am today I could not connect to the forum

Tried Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome with no luck all give me this:
Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to athena.trixology.com (http://athena.trixology.com/). PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.Learn more…

Post by: Blicj11 on August 11, 2020, 05:10:26 PM: I don't think I tried during that time frame. I was on earlier than your range, and later than your range and it worked fine. Stu told us he has moved the forum to a VPS, so perhaps they were down. VPS hosting sites come under DOS attacks from time to time, and I've read those attacks are stepped up with COVID-19. All the bad guys are home working around the clock.

Post by: WCDev on August 11, 2020, 07:51:11 PM: I went and had a look at some of the stats over the last 24 hours - in particular the ping from the server to the gateway - it's pretty horrendous (see attached). I'm guessing another site on the same server was either being DOS'd or someone had fired up some extremely popular site.

Anyway, this isn't acceptable.

In the next two hours we will move to a real hardware server that isn't shared. There may be some downtime coming up over the next few hours, and Randall, you may well experience problems again in the immediate short term as the IP address will change, but it should mean we can't get put off air by someone else's actions.
