Title: Weathercat NOAA report
Post by: Malsatpoole on January 02, 2020, 08:54:04 PM
The annual section of the NOAA report has a column headed "Departure from the Norm" in both the Temperature section and the Precipitation section.
There seems to be no means of entering the average temperature / precipitation for each month of the year, therefore "departure from the norm" columns will always show 0.00.

I am able to enter average values for temperature and precipitation for each month when using Weatherlink software.
This is a very useful tool for showing trends when comparing month/ month and  year / year.

Integration of historical weatherlink data to Weathercat would also be very useful.

The departure is calculated by WeatherCat from your data as your data set grows.

For an example see https://live.trixology.com/custom/ (scroll down about half way to get to the NOAA style reports).

There is a nice tool for that. Check: https://athena.trixology.com/index.php?topic=2405.15 (https://athena.trixology.com/index.php?topic=2405.15)
