My data goes to weather underground, etc. How can I use Alexa?

A quick web search found me this skill that can be added to Alexa to get data from Weather Underground:

It seems like this should do what you want, but I don't have an Amazon echo so I can't test it.  Does anybody else have Alexa and has tried to access their weather data this way?
