Environment Canada has decommissioned two radar IDs:
XPE (Bethune, near Regina) and WSO (Exeter, near London)
and replaced them with
CASBE and CASET respectively.
I've updated the allowed sites array in the script to reflect that change.
If you were using either XPE or WSO, you should update the script and change your default to the new site ID.
