Title: VP2 plus Console issue

Maybe somebody in this forum can help with an unusual issue:

One of my VP2Plus consoles suddenly doesn't show the UV and Solar values any more (the other two same consoles in different rooms do show them, as also the WeatherEnvoy reports those two values correct).

Any ideas how to teach the not-reporting console?

This exact thing happened to me last year. There are three things you can try.

• Swap console locations and see if your problem stays at the original location or moves with the console
• Change the wireless receiving channel to a different number (you have to do this on both the transmitting and receiving end
• Move the console to a new location

Number one helped me determine that the location was my problem. Number two did not solve my issue. I had to to move one of my consoles to a new location, even though it had worked perfectly in its original location for more than 5 years.

Very strange, indeed. Number One was my favorite, too!  :)

So I just changed two consoles - the one missing UV and Solar is now in the room of the other console and works, and the other console works at the place of the previous without problems.
