Title: NOAA 'Departure from norm' data

Hello Folks

I notice that in my NOAA Annual reports, I only have data for the 'departure from norm' for September. Is there any obvious reason for this? Is it to do with the recent Weathercat Software update?

I am running the latest version of WC and I show the Departure From Norm data for every month in 2016, as well as for every month in the previous years on the NOAA Style Annual reports.

I've left Norm long ago,  too normal
