Title: Expand custom gauges to custom meters

Similar to the new custom gauges, a way to customize a version of something like the DTEMPO tag would be great.

Sorry this was so cryptic.  I wrote that quickly from my mobile phone.  Right now the custom gauges are all round dials like a watch face.  What I was asking for is to have a different option to have a type of gauge that is more like a traditional thermometer.  This would be similar to the graphic you would get is you pulled the DTEMPO tag what WC can generate for a webpage.  I hope that makes sense.
