Here is the latest 1 month and 3 month forecasts from the National Weather Service - Climate Predication Center. Here is the one month forecasts of departures from normal temperatures for October:

These forecasts certainly aren't showing any El Ni?o benefit for much of the west into the end of this year.

These forecasts continue to show only the weakest of El Ni?o benefit for much of the west into January 2016.

The 3 month precipitation forecast is finally showing some predicted El Ni?o benefit.
