I suppose you didn't retain a copy of the "Name" and "Registration Code" which the original post-purchase e-mail contained (and chastised about losing)?

If not, I'd e-mail the following with as much info as you have and they'll probably be able to assist you if your request sounds credible:

weathercat_support@trixology.com

Or maybe the info is stored in Keychain Access if the developers didn't mask it.

BTW, congratulations on your equipment choice. I didn't know there were any more active WeatherHawk users here.

Thanks for your reply...
yes i wrote an email to the support... an now i'm waiting for they reply...

WethaerHaw600 series heated,  yes it's a great hardware it's about one year old and i'm very happy with it...

it works greatly with both WeatherCat, WeatherdDisplay, and WeatherSnoop,..

now i'm using WeatherDisplay, but in my opinion WeatherCat is a good piece of software too...and i would like to use it instead of weather display

Thanks
Regards
Marzio

Hello Marzio! Welcome to the forum!

Glad to hear that you've sorted things out. It's a good idea to create a mailbox in mail, or whatever email client you use, and keep all the software purchase confirmation and activation emails in it. I also copy them to a notepad app for a safe archival duplicate. I've been doing this for a long time now, as evidenced by the fact that my pad file has 59 entries in it. ;)

Good luck and enjoy your new software,
 [cheers1]
