Dear WeatherCat Davis owners (and interested onlookers,)

In case you aren't on the Davis email list, the February Davis Weather Club E-news arrived with just 3 days left in February.  The curious can read it on the web here:

Alas, this edition is particular lacking in intellectual nutritional content.  If you Davis folks could come up with something to submit to them, I think they could really use it!!
