I have a second display on my iMac. I load all of my WeatherCat windows, tools, gauges, etc. on the secondary monitor. Under Mountain Lion, the arrangement and location of the WC items was sticky. If I had to reboot the machine (or restart WeatherCat), the WC items opened back up where I last left them. Under Mavericks, each time WeatherCat starts, I have to manually drag each item back to the display where I want them. I couldn't find anything in the manual about the function of Save Window Graph Positions, but I tried to use that with no apparent change in the outcome. Is it me, Mavericks or WeatherCat?

Mavericks. Took me a while to find the fix for this, too.
Once you get application is whatever window/desktop you want:
Right click on the Dock icon of application
Go to Options
Assign to whatever desktop you prefer.
Next boot it should be where you left it.

Not sure why, but I don't seem to have any desktop options when I right click the dock icon. See attached. Must be a setting but I can't find it.

Well, if you stay up late enough and keep pushing buttons, something usually reveals itself. I had to go to System Preferences | Mission Control and uncheck the box for Displays Have Different Spaces. After I logged out and logged back in, I had to add a Space. After I added the space, the options then showed up for assigning apps to Desktop 1 or Desktop 2. Now I had WeatherCat assigned to a Space, but that Space was not showing up on the secondary display. I went back to System Preferences | Mission Control and checked the box for Displays Have Different Spaces and logged out. After logging back in, I now have WeatherCat tethered to the secondary display.
I actually like having the Menu Bar on both displays; makes it a lot easier to grab a pull-down menu when you are working on the second display.
Thanks, Steve, for giving me a shove in the right direction.

Well, I didn't know if it would work with two monitors. But since that's how I do it with three "Spaces" (general, WeatherCat/EvoCam, and Windows w/sebectech cam) I figured it would be similar.
Glad I could help!
