Saw this on the WXforum and thought it would be interesting here. This was just representative of some of the posts, so use whatever data is interesting for your area.

Max Temp: 97.0˚ on September 10 (Station record since starting 9/7/11)

Hmm, I just grabbed my records page from my web site and . . . . quite a few new records set in 2013:

Canebas Weather Station

Highest recorded temperature: 101.1 ?F (38.3˚ C) on Jun 8, 2013
Lowest recorded temperature: 30.4 ?F (-0.8˚ C) on Dec 5, 2013
Total recorded temperature range: 70.7 ?F

Highest recorded pressure: 30.56 inHg on Dec 23, 2011
Lowest recorded pressure: 28.86 inHg on Jan 21, 2010
Total recorded pressure range: 1.69 inHg

Highest recorded wind speed: 30.0 MPH (48.2 Km/h) on Nov 21, 2013

Wettest day on record: Oct 11, 2009 with 4.00 in of rain.

Sunniest day on record: Jun 1, 2013 with 9.2 hours of sunshine.

My station has been up and running continuously since October 2009, so that's 4 years worth of data.  I'll skip the barometric pressure data since this year didn't have any extreme storms.  However, I'll add the wettest day for 2013 - it was March 6th and we only got 1" (25.4mm) of rain total.  For all of the 2013 calendar year we only got 7" (177.8mm) of rain.  A normal year is over 25" (635mm) !!

Highest recorded wind speed: 31.0 MPH on Oct 28, 2013

Wettest day on record: Aug 17, 2013 with 0.49 in of rain.
Annual Precipitation Total: 15.58 in
